It is vital that you remember that the kettle be able to store two times the amount of beer you actually plan on consuming or making. It will become obvious to u by itself, and that would be much better then you being told to do it how. The third important constituent is fermenter. After the brewing of wort in kettle the mixture is moved into fermenter. Fermenter is basically used for the purpose to store the wort whereas the rest of the work is done by the yeast. The two common kinds of it are either made from plastic or stainless steel. So here you must be confused what should you opt; if you ask me then I would recommend you the ones with stainless steel because there is no chance of smell being mixed with the beer like the plastic ones. Commercial factories also use the stainless steel because of the reason of no smell sticking. Therefore its suitable for you as well.
