Find Out More Information About Motor Scooters And Their Enthralling Past

Motor scooters are vehicles with small wheels and a low-powered gasoline engine geared to the rear wheel. The first patents for “foot powered” scooters were granted in 1921. Up to that time there were no motors attached to the scooter. They were driven by “foot power.” You can learn more at Vespa accessories.

The old-fashioned foot-powered push scooter was updated to a Razor motor scooter under the direction of Gino Tsai, whose father was a mechanical engineer for the J. D. Corporation in Shanghai, Taiwan. The design work for his scooter was completed after five years. Go to Italian scooters for more details.

When questioned on his motives for designing the product Gino Tsai said it was because his father had to walk long distances around a bicylce factory as he had very short legs. He wanted to put a stop to this and so invented the Razor motor scooter as a solution.

When Gino finished the development of his new scooter he began to market it to consumers. It very quickly became a desired product with people waiting as long as six months for their new product.

How can the popularity of the motor scooter be explained? The Razor scooter was made from lightweight airplane grade aluminum which can support over 1000 pounds without bending. It is foldable, which means it can be kept in a small area. It has small polyurethane wheels and a low-powered engine. Braking is done by stepping down on the rear fender.

Today there are many different brands and models of motor scooters. We have electric scooters and gas powered motor scooters. They are very versatile and functional, serving many different purposes. Compared to a motorbike they have smaller sized wheels, a less powerful engine and you can “step through” which is different from a motorcycle.

The most commonly seen style of scooter is the “folding,” or “foldable,” scooter. These are two-wheeled models that are typically used for traveling short distances around the city. Braking occurs when the back fender is stepped on, putting pressure on the back wheel and halting its movement. This type of motor scooter is designed for children or adults and can also be used to perform tricks on. It is very compact in size and can be folded for storage in small places.

A unique feature of freestyle folding motor scooters is the “kicktail,” a portion of the foot deck that extends over the back wheel. This is the feature that enables tricks to be performed. Motor scooters with “kicktails” are called freestyle scooters and usually have hand brakes due to the fact that the back fender allows for the performance of tricks instead of braking.

Electric scooters are generally bigger and heavier. Due to the greater weight they consume more power and can only go shorter distances when compared with the folding scooters. After about 10 or 15 miles it may be necessary to recharge the battery.

It is common to see an electric or battery powered scooter travelling relatively short distances such as around a town or other small journey. They are particularly popular among the elderly, handicapped and disabled. Instead of being confined at home these elderly or handicapped people can now have some of their former independence returned to them. Motor scooters of this type are usually referred to as mobility scooters.

Gas powered motorized scooters are usually more powerful and can attain higher speeds than the folding scooters or electric scooters. They can also travel longer distances when a larger fuel tank is provided. Gas scooters may not be permitted in some areas so it is wise to check out the laws and regulations in your area before purchasing a motor scooter. Check out used Vespa scooters for more informtion.

Cheap Insurance For Drivers - How Your Premium

Cheap Car Insurance For Young Drivers.UK car insurance for new and young drivers will never be cheap! This is for one reason and one reason alone young and new drivers are a bigger risk to insure than the average car driver. Newly qualified UK drivers are more likely to have an accident during their first year of year of driving than at any other time.

The facts are stark:

Per mile of driving, the risk of an accident involving injury or death is about seven times greater for 17-20 years old than for those aged 40 or over.

Young drivers under 21 are involved in 15% of all car accident deaths.

New drivers make up just 10% of license holders, but are involved in 29% of accidents.

The following tips will help reduce the cost of young drivers car insurance :

1) Take the Pass Plus driving exam. This is an intensive training course that aims to make new drivers better drivers. Successfully pass the Pass Plus and you will receive a discount of up 35% off your car insurance. The Pass Plus costs around £100 but given the high cost of car insurance it a still a worth while investment. Ask your driving instructor for details.

2) Volunteer to pay a higher excess. Insurers will insist on a minimum amount that you have to contribute to any car insurance claim. The standard amount is £100. As new and young drivers if you volunteer a higher amount you could save on your car insurance premium.

3) Pay your car insurance annually. It is cheaper to pay your years car insurance in one lump sum rather than in monthly installments. Most car insurance companies charge interest of around 15% APR (some up to 30%) to allow you to pay your premium in monthly installments.

4) Adding a named older driver to your car insurance policy, i.e. your parents, can save you 10% on your insurance premium. Likewise, avoid having younger named drivers on your policy.

5) Enhance your car security. Thatcham approved car alarms are recognized by all insurers and most will discount your premium if you have these fitted. If you have a garage then use it. Your car is less likely to be stolen from your garage or from your drive than if it is parked in the street. Insurance companies will recognize this and offer cheaper premiums.

6) Buy your car insurance policy online. Most car insurance companies offer a discount if you buy online via their web site.

7) Be born a woman. Car insurance for women is cheaper. Why? Because the average female is a safer driver than the average male.

8) According to the Association of British Insurers it is possible to save 35% on a young drivers car insurance premium by simply comparing several insurance companies against each other. As young drivers such a discount can be considerable. So get as many insurance quotes, online or otherwise, as you can. It will save you money. Find more information about Lloyds Car Insurance here.

Protect Your Family And Vehicle Unscrupulous Thieves

Vans Cars For Sale.Anyone who has had a car or truck stolen knows the anxiety, helplessness and inconvenience that one goes through. If you are on vacation and have your vehicle stolen it can be even more damaging because you may not have other family and friends to help you get through the initial shock of it.

Not all vehicles that have been stolen come back in the same shape you last left it in. It can be trashed inside and out. After all, the people that have taken your vehicle have no respect whatsoever for your hard earned dollars that purchased the vehicle in the first place. And that is what a criminal is, someone who takes but does not give. There is no valid exchange that has occurred and they really don’t care.

So how do you protect yourself and loved ones? Here are a few tips to help keep you and your vehicle safe:

1) Never leave your car running while you run in to get something from a gas station or convenience store. A high percentage of theft occurs there. Thieves love this easy in easy out method.

2) Always lock your car. Almost half of all theft occurs in unlocked cars.

3) Never leave your keys in the ignition. It’s the same easy in and out method thieves love. Don’t give them that opportunity.

4) Don’t put that spare key hidden under your car. Thieves are well versed on that and will find them quick and easy.

5) Don’t leave your title or registration in your vehicle. Thieves can easily use this to dispose of your car.

6) If you live in a hot climate you may be tempted to leave the windows open a bit while parked. Don’t! You don’t want to give thieves any opportunity whatsoever to get in your vehicle.

7) Leaving valuables in sight attracts thieves.

8) Before getting out of your car, scan the area quickly to see if anything is out of the ordinary. Often thieves work in twos or threes. If you see any unusual loitering you may want to go somewhere else.

9) When you go inside somewhere do a quick scan for the same reason.

10) Make it a habit that wherever you go whether it is a restaurant, theater etc. that you do a quick scan of where the exits are. Knowing ahead of time where they are may help you in an emergency situation.

11) If you are in a restaurant make it a point that one of you (usually the man) sit facing the entrance so you can observe potential danger.

12) With your family devise an emergency plan. Drill it until you all know what your role is so that you can act instantly if danger does arise.

The bottom line is that criminals look for the quick and easy steal and individuals that are not prepared. They count on using that element of surprise to get to you or your car. You can avoid being a victim by using your common sense and having a plan. A little preparation ahead of time and learning to be aware of what’s around you at all times can significantly reduce you chances of being a victim. Practical Eco-Friendly and Natural Cleanser

Sulphuric and hydrochloric acid, phosphates and ammonia, bleach and petroleum – these are just a few of the destructive chemicals present in commercial cleaning products handled in the home. And you pay good money for them, too! Fortunately for the eco-conscious homeowners, there is an all-purpose, biodegradable and naturally-made home cleaner that costs less than a dollar and can be ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients and Supplies Required

To make this organic cleanser, you just need five simple ingredients and supplies. Throw in a little patience and you ought to be proficient at making more bottles for your relatives and friends, too, which makes for a cleaner environment. (Who says you can’t clean your house without polluting nature?)

First, get recyclable spray bottles with about one liter capacity. The emphasis is on recyclable and/or recycled bottles because you want to protect the environment from more non-biodegradable materials, not add to the pollution.

Second, purchase white distilled vinegar prepared from grain and/or plant materials. Don’t utilize the ones prepared from crude oil! Keep in mind that white distilled vinegar has cleansing properties, thus, its inclusion as the main ingredient in this green cleanser.

Third, buy authentic lemongrass essential oil. It has antibacterial properties ideal for killing house germs. If you would like added antiviral and antifungal boosts, substitute it with tea tree oil or just add a few drops.

Fourth, get some eco-friendly dishwashing liquid from the supermarket. Or better yet, from an eco-friendly market.

Fifth, add in generous quantities of water. Just stick to tap water rather than of those expensive bottled water.

Directions for Mixing

Manufacturing the organic cleaning agent is child’s play, really. Just fill your spray bottle until the halfway mark at about 500 milliliters. Then leaving a little room for the other ingredients, pour in the white distilled vinegar at around 400 milliliters. Incorporate between 10 to 14 drops of the lemongrass essential oil. You may add said oil until 30 drops but it’s best to start with the minimum amount to avoid skin irritations. Incorporate approximately 2-3 drops of the green dishwashing liquid to the entire mix. You can then cap and shake the bottle until you make foamy bubbles; just a thin layer of it though. Put a label on the container to avoid accidents especially when you have kids around the house. Now, that didn’t take 30 minutes, did it?

You have to agitate the bottle prior to each use to uniformly disperse the ingredients. Also, stow it in a cool area away from direct sunlight, preferably one where kids cannot get hold of it. Natural or not, it can cause health complications when ingested in copious amounts, as any household cleaner will do.

Uses and Tips

As previously mentioned, this is an all-purpose organic household cleaner. As such, you can use it to clean mirrors and tabletops, carpet and upholstery, clothing and curtains, stainless steel and chrome, porcelain and tiles, and even as a hand disinfectant. However, you must take care not to use it on marble as it can cause damage to the stone. Plus, it never hurts to spot test it before applying to the whole surface.

You will jubilantly discover that, indeed, you can be spick and span around the house while taking care of Mother Nature with this green cleaning agent!

Great Touring Motorcycles

While touring on just about any motorcycle is entirely possible, getting the most pleasure out of the experience is the whole idea behind a great touring motorcycleSport bikes are famous for their fine handling attributes, as well as having an abundance of power to get you from point A to point B in the fastest time possible, but rider comfort on a long distance trip leaves a lot to be desired. Don’t even think about a long trip on one of these two up or you’re more than likely going to have a very disappointed partner.

Cruisers are built for ,well cruising. Even for a long trip they offer a fair degree of comfort. Some even have decent passenger accommodations, but they’re not built for all out touring so they are usually lacking in the handling department. It can be quite tiring trying to muscle a cruiser down long winding roads that go on forever. The seating position on cruisers isn’t ideal for long distance travel either
Touring on a motorcycle is all about comfort and enjoyment. Bikes specifically built for this purpose do it very well.

Good wind and rain protection is a must have for someone heading out on a cross country tour on a motorcycle. Touring bikes are designed with fairings and windshields to protect you from whatever elements Mother Nature may through at you on your travels.

A comfortable saddle and good seating position is another one of the things I consider a necessity for a long distance touring motorcycle. It’s not much fun being on a 2000 mile trip with an aching back and a sore butt.

Storage compartments are another item that is needed on a great touring motorcycle. If you’re going on a long distance trip, you need a place to secure the things you plan on taking with you. As such, most purpose built touring motorcycles have saddlebags. Some of them even have detachable bags that you can remove and carry with you. There are a few touring motorcycles that are factory equipped with a trunk to add more storage space for your gear. I have found the trunk on our Honda Goldwing GL 1800 to be very useful for keeping our helmets in while sight seeing.

Sport touring motorcycles offer those that enjoy aggressive riding more of a sport bike feel with the comfort of a tour bike. Although they are a little heavier than their sport bike counterparts, they usually have fairly impressive riding and handling characteristics.

When most people think of touring motorcycles The Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Electra Glide and the Honda Goldwing are probably the first two bikes to enter their mind.

Rightfully so, These 2 pieces of American Iron represent the ultimate in touring class motorcycles.
Decked out with just about everything you could possibly want on a motorcycle, these bikes are designed from the ground up to get you across country in complete luxury.

Many are not aware that the Honda Gold Wing has been produces in their Marysville, Ohio plant since 1981 and may get a little upset about my calling it American Iron..Sadly, Honda has decided to move production of the Gold Wing back to Japan for 2010.

Next in line for sweet touring motorcycles are the Super Sport Touring bikes. Most of the big manufacturers have at least one of these in their lineup these days. They have managed to capture a large part of the sport bike market segment from the “starting to hit middle age” sport bike riders. Looking for the excitement they are used to from an all out sport bike, but wanting a lot more comfort for an all day riding adventure.

While no one bike can do everything great, knowing how you are intending to use the motorcycle most of the time will help you choose a bike that will best suit your needs.

Discover Motorcycle Camping

Riding motorcycles has been a great form of recreation for many yeras and with today’s fuel prices skyrocketing ,more and more people are choosing motorcycles as a low cost mode of transportationFor those that enjoy riding to get away from it all, motorcycle camping offers them a way to add to the pleasures.Motorcycle camping can be an inexpensive way to see the country, enjoy nature, meet new people and share stories around a campfire.

Limited by the amount of cargo area on a motorcycle, it can be a real challenge to secure all the gear you need to carry with you on a motorcycle camping trip.Motorcycle camping is essentially backpacking on two wheels. This type of camping needs careful planning and taking into consideration the acceptable motorcycle camping gear you need.

Going through a carefully thought out checklist is essential before embarking on your camping expedition.

Packing a sleeping bag or tent on the outside of the bike can be a problem. A good luggage rack can be a great investment if you plan to do much camping with your motorcycle. A luggage rack on your bike will give you a large area to secure your gear. Investing in a good tent will help ensure that you’ll be dry. Sturdy, compact and lightweight are the keys to choosing proper sleeping bags and tents for motorcycle camping. Backpacking gear is specifically designed to meet such needs, as such; many motorcycle campers choose backpacking gear for their own use. One thing I have learned from past experiences is to set all your equipment up before you take off on your trip. Familiarizing yourself with putting a tent up at home can help considerably over trying to figure it out and read the instructions at a dark, wet campsite. It is also a good idea to check out your other camping equipment before heading out. Finding out your stove doesn’t work after you’re all set up at camp can lead to a bad experience. If you carry a lantern be sure to pack extra mantles as the vibration from travel can destroy them.

Motorcycle trailers are becoming very well-liked for many traveling the country by bike. Not only do you have plenty of room for all your camping gear, it stays dry and secure while you travel. Once you reach your intended destination the motorcycle trailer can be disconnected, all your gear is secure and you don’t have to carry everything with you while you sight see.

If you decide a motorcycle pop up camper is the right choice for you, there will be less concern for where to store your gear. Most motorcycle pop up campers offer sleeping accommodations off the ground and many have a dressing room incorporated into the structure.

Motorcycle camping trailers have really come of age. Some are now equipped with many luxuries not available for motorcycle campers not long ago.

motorcycle pop up campers can be enjoyed by anyone who likes camping and biking. The easy maneuverability of the motorcycle camper makes it a favorite with many campers. Even though most motorcycle campers are small, they provide you with plenty space for camping trips. A good motorcycle camping trailer is determined by its efficiency and practical convenience. The portability of a Motorcycle pop up camper does somewhat limit you to the places that are accessible for you to camp. Nothing can be more exciting than touring the country with your own motorcycle camping trailer. There are literally hundreds of motorcycle camping resorts and campgrounds located across the United States. As this sport is gaining in popularity, more and more motorcycle only resorts are popping up all across the country. The best way to find a motorcycle campground is using the internet. Anyone who’s ever tried motorcycle camping knows it can be a great adventure.

The 2010 Ford Mustang Reviews - An Incredibly Good Looking Muscle Car

The 2010 Ford Mustang is an America’s favorite muscle car for 45 years straight after the original car made its unveiling in 1964. The New Mustang has improved much - hits the streets with a new exterior design; new world-class interior featuring well-crafted materials and updated technology; and a V8 with even more horsepower and an even throatier signature Ford Mustang exhaust sound. Until now Ford Mustang is is one of the world’s most favorite automotive and cultural icons, and also one of the top sports cars in America.

The 2010 Mustang is not a wholly new sports car, but rather a subtly enhanced version of the existing model. The exterior styling has been cleaned up made a bit more aggressive, while keeping a close link to the mustangs of the 1968-1969 era that inspired the whole design.

The 2010 Ford Mustang body has designed with new styling. This time with integrated multi-element headlamps replacing the twin round lamps of older Mustangs, a power-dome hood that droops over the grille at its leading edge, completely new side sculpting. At the back, the new Mustang 2010 features its tail lamps proudly on an outgoing surface. The new shape pays dividends in fuel economy and aerodynamic stability, while the details add to its appeal. In a slick bit of showmanship, leading into the tail, the rear fender features a distinct kick up that is much stronger and more powerful-looking than the outgoing model.

The New Mustang is the popular pony package interior upgrade for sports car lovers who plan to dress up the interior of their new mustang bulitt door lock soldiers, bulitt pedals, cobra 4 way head restraint and a mustang gt leather shift knob. The Mustang’s interior looks similar to its predecessor’s, but each dash, seat and console surface has been redesigned and formed of best-quality materials. The instrument panel top, no longer made of hard plastic, is currently integrated with the rest of the dashboard, improving quality and cutting assembly complexity and costs. Front seating is a bit tighter than other sporty coupes, and since the Mustang is a 2+2, the rear seats are still very snug and not match for adults. As previously, this car is available as Ford Mustang coupe or as Mustangs convertible, with a power-folding soft top.

The New Ford Mustang is much quieter than the old car, with improvements in wind noise, road noise, mirror noise and powertrain noise. The radio antenna is moved to the rear to eliminate noise, the wiper design is changedmodified to flatter blades that don’t create as much noise, the washer nozzles are inside the hood, and the mirrors are reshaped. Inside, there is more mastic, a better grade of carpeting, a sound- absorbing headliner material, and there is much more noise insulation in the body.

The 2010 Ford Mustang is offered in four basic onfigurations: V-6, V-6 Premium, GT, and GT Premium. The 2010 Mustang is driven by the 4.0-liter, 210-hp V-6 is good, but is no match for the revised 315-horsepower 4.6- liter V8 GT, which produces 325 pounds-feet of torque and adds 15 hp due to a cold-air induction system. All models come equipped with a choice of five-speed manual or automatic transmissions. The 2010 Mustang has slightly enhanced fuel economy with 16-18 mpg in the city and 23-26 mpg on the highway, and competes with other muscle cars — the Dodge Challenger and Chevrolet Camaro.

The Standard features on this 2010 Mustang consists of a tilt steering wheel, cruise control, air conditioning, a CD audio system that is MP3 compatible, split-folding rear seat, and power windows. Content builds from here up through the following trim levels: SE, Sport, and SEL. At the top is the GT Premium model with leather seats, power everything, SYNC, and aluminum wheels ranging from base 17-inch aluminum wheels to optional 19-inch rims on the GT. Given the Mustang’s performance edge, higher-performance axles are available, including a 3.55:1 ratio.

The New Mustang also delivers on safety with a standard complement of features, including ABS, traction control, electronic stability control, tire-pressure monitoring system, remote keyless entry, and four airbags. Optional safety-directed features include the rearview camera, along with 911 Assist for vehicles with SYNC. This New Mustang is one of few vehicles to get five-star ratings from the federal government, across the board, even for rollover resistance.

The 2010 Mustang V-6 coupe is offered starting at $20,995, and the V-6 convertible at $25,995. Pricing for the GT V-8 coupe starts at $27,995, with the GT V-8 convertible at $32,995. (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices do not include $850 destination charges.) Options include the five-speed automatic transmission ($995), the glass roof option ($1995), a navigation package ($2195).

How To Get The Best Deal In Van Leasing

Back in 2001 just 27% of buyers leased their new vehicle and roughly 59% financed the purchase of their new vehicle with a bank loan. Ever since these statistics were released the amount of people investing in van leasing has rapidly increased and we are now in the realm of an all time high in commercial van leasing. Several market researchers have said that leasing a vehicle is simply so much cheaper than it would be to get a bank loan or even get vehicle finance out from the dealer himself.

OK - It sounds a little too good to be true but you have to ask yourself that when DesRosiers says that 46.8% cent of all new-vehicle transactions were on a lease. The steady uptick in interest rates largely explains the recent boom in people investing in leasing rather than straight purchase which is good for the industry. Steady payments into the industry are what the economy needs right now to help it stabilise.

Many people across the UK and many parts of the world have been affected by the infamous credit crunch so that will subsequently mean that people would want to spend less money throughout the month. Monthly payments being as low as possible is the priority really and commercial vehicle leasing companies have reported a good increase in monthly sales compared to last year.
This will then give companies who offer cheap volkswagen van leasing or LDV van leasing for example, the edge and could expect to make some real money in this current trend. Can this be too good to be true? Is it really more viable to take a care out on a lease rather than buy it straight up? So what are the obvious advantages in getting a motor out this way. The benefit to having a lease will be that you are under a constant warranty for the entire time - no exceptions. So, if anything breaks or does not function properly, it will automatically be replaced within no time at all. Of course a new car will have a warranty but they only normally last about one year to two years at the most. So, in that sense it is more logical to try and get a van lease instead as you are technically more covered from an insurance point of view.

There are many different advantages to having a lease and they are definitely worth looking into. I would recommend considering it over buying a new car as you never know how much money you could save yourself!

Honda Beats Toyota In The Direction Of The Curb In Pieces Survey

Spurring along a few private feelings I will also throw into the mix, I have to report that Honda kicked Toyota’s bumper in a assessment taken by clientele of their parts businesses. Honda overtook Toyota as the top business that auto parts suppliers favor to do business with, according to an once a year survey released Monday. Toyota has been the number one dealer parts supplier since 2002, but its ratings have declined gradually over the last two years, according to a analysis by Planning Perspectives Inc., that surveys manufacturing and service industries, based in Birmingham, Michigan. Honda’s marks fell from last year as well, although not by as much. It was just sufficient of a grasp to beat out Toyota this year.

Japanese automakers sustained the best relationships with their suppliers, in addition to Nissan coming in third among the six automakers ranked. Ford at last raised enough in points to enter in fourth, followed by GM and then Chrysler LLC. “While Ford still has a large amount of work to do, what they’re doing with their suppliers is effective,” said John W. Henke, president and chief executive of Planning Perspectives, in a written statement. Toyota’s customers complained of a younger, not as skilled staff. Ford’s step up was due to its new decision to “tame” the business more and move its top European purchasing administrator to the U.S. Ford also remains the only automaker among the Detroit “Large Three” that has not accepted government help so it just seems fitting.

In spite of being a Ford guy, I will remark on the Honda-Toyota conclusion. I truthfully oppose with Toyota’s defeat here. When I worked in the parts game a a small number of years ago, I did business sales. I had to do a great deal of work with the dealerships and I was really fairly impressed with the Toyota dealers in this region, not including the dealership in Westminster, Maryland. (They went on my “hit list”, for lack of a enhanced term, after a few very bad experiences.) I in addition owned a Toyota. My first car was a light brown 1995 Toyota Corolla. I found it a great deal easier to obtain dealer parts for that vehicle than other domestics, and I am able to tell youcertainly that Honda pieces are not as easy to find and are more expensive. I am unsure as to why extra parts businesses prefer to do business with Honda over Toyota. Not only do I differ with the findings, but I call into question the accurateness of the assessment, for the reason that it just makes no sense.

Concerned in learning more about automobiles then think about stopping by Lucrative Investing.

If You Are Going Out Use A Sat Nav

Many people like to get into their cars and simply go out for a drive but what happens when you go for a drive into the unknown for an afternoon or if you are thinking of driving to Spain. Maps are useful but also very annoying and tricky to read when you are trying to drive. It is worse if you are lost in somewhere where you are not familar with e.g a foreign country.

This is where a Sat Nav comes into the equation as they actually tell you which way to turn and if you are going the wrong way they will certainly inform you of this. They are not only used for the country you live in but also can be programmed for use on trips away too. You could have a new best friend in a Sat Nav if you are planning on going away for a logn drive.

Of course like everything else it is good when they are working but what happens when it goes wrong? Let’s be honest everything is made to go wrong just after the warranty is up so what it exactly can you do as buying a new one is going to be very expensive indeed, well of course the answer is Sat Nav insurance. You cannot really go wrong with this here as it will cover you if your Sat Nav breaks for any reason at all. Nothing is built to last.

Of course having a Sat Nav may not replace the wife in giving the directions but it is almost sure to get them right and cause a lot less arguments in the car.

If you don’t have a Sat Nav it may be worth a buy, of course there are other alternatives you can get for your gadgets such as I-pod Insurance or the more general Gadget Insurance which could in fact cover quite a few gadgets you own.
